Whether it be a work retreat, friends’ getaway or micro wedding, KH Vacation House LLC can meet your needs. Events can be for a half day or full day and gives you access to the house and yard. Guests can also use all property amenities such as canoe, kayaks, tubes, basketball, or horse shoes.
Peak Season:
Memorial Day through Labor day weekend
Half day (4 hours) $400
Full day (8 hours) $800
Semi Peak Season:
September after Labor day to through Columbus day weekend, Mid April to Memorial day weekend
Half day (4 hours) $300
Full day (8 hours) $600
Off Season:
Columbus day weekend to Mid April
Half Day (4 hours) $200
Full Day (8 hours) $400
Other Fees:
9% tax
$50 cleaning fee
