Waterfront Family Getaway w/ Boat slip
on Lake Winnisquam
We are near the Winnisquam bridge and sandbar. There is a large yard includes basketball, fire pit, canoe, 2 adult bikes, and two kayaks. There is one boat slip on a 56ft dock. The gazebo and wrap around porch provides plenty of space to relax. It is not far from all lakes region activities such as hiking mountains, Bank of NH Pavillion (17min), and Gunstock (17 min).
Lake Winnisquam Water Front Property
The Space:
1800 sq ft 3 bedroom home with 2.5 baths. Large kitchen with french doors that open to the back part of the wrap around porch. There is a master bedroom, laundry room, and large living room. Sleeps 11 people.
Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house except basement and hallway closet upstairs. They can enjoy the porches and outdoors. Boats docks are shared with boat slip renters who will come by to use their boats.
Other Things to Note: Guests cannot park in cottage spaces or block them. You will get three parking spots.The cottages has its own dumpster that guests cannot access. Our trash/recycling is on the side of our house. Boats cannot be placed in the water at our property. Boats would need to use a public launch.
We do not allow smoking or pets (no exceptions).

Memorial Day through Labor day weekend
$695/night
Semi Peak Season:
September after Labor day to through Columbus day weekend, Mid April to Memorial day weekend
$495/night
Off Season:
Columbus day weekend to Mid April
$395/night
Other Fees:
9% tax
$200 cleaning fee
